Because of our purchasing volume, MMSC has a reseller license for Dell business-grade products.  The process is simple.  We purchase products at 30% to 50% off retail prices, and we pass that savings to you.

The reseller license does not allow us to sell the "blow-out sale/special" you may see at big-box retail locations such as Costco or BestBuy.  These stores are selling "Inspiron" and "XPS" systems --- which are home-grade systems.  MMSC does not --- and cannot --- sell home-grade systems.

MMSC sells business-grade systems.  That means we sell the "Vostro," "Latitude/OptiPlex," and "Precision" model lines.  Business-grade means:

  • They use newer technology --- so the systems are faster and more powerful
  • They use better hardware --- so the systems are more durable and more reliable
  • They do not come with extra software --- businesses do not want all of the trial “bloatware” software that comes pre-installed on home-grade systems.  Business-grade systems come ready to go, right out of the box.  And they won’t be slow and worn out a year after you buy them!

MMSC services business clients (large and small) and home users, too.  MMSC has sold over 1,500 computers in the last 5 years.  Dell ProSupport™ warranty is the best in the industry.  But often, it is too costly to be a realistic solution.  Therefore, MMSC routinely supplements Dell's direct hardware warranty with our own "Professional Response Operations" PRO/Support warranty.  MMSC's service in conjunction with Dell's direct hardware warranty gives you the best possible level of service --- at the best possible price --- for the life of your system.

While the primary scope of MMSC's business is providing state-of-the-art IT hardware to clients, MMSC is also available for remote and on-site IT implementation and maintenance.  MMSC utilizes secure, remote assistance software that can be installed on host computers so that we can monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot problems at any time.  MMSC also offers on-site service rates that are over 50% cheaper than other companies like GeekSquad and ComputerMedic.

MMSC has partnered with American Express AcceptPay to accept payments from our clients.  For the protection of ourselves and our clients, we do not involve third-parties such as PayPal.  Companies like PayPal act like banks - by holding the money from transactions - but since companies like PayPal are not banks, they do not have to abide by the federal banking rules and regulations.  You (and MMSC) are backed by the maximum security and protection of major credit card companies like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and our partners - American Express.

MMSC has a special relationship with our suppliers.  One of the trade-offs for our extraordinary discounts is a limited return period.  MMSC is able to accept a return or an exchange (or equal or greater value) for up to 14 calendar days after the delivery of the system.  These returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis as we are extremely confident you will never want or need to return your product.  We encourage every one of our clients to call us for a free consultation to discuss your needs BEFORE purchasing one of our top-of-the-line systems.
