At MMSC Consultants LLC, we don't compete with the $399 "blowout special" advertised in stores and online.  These systems use OLD and OUT-OF-DATE hardware.  At MMSC, we don’t sell a product that we wouldn’t use in our own home or business.  We sell exclusively 100% new, unopened, business-grade, state-of-the-art IT products. 

DISCOUNTS

We offer the latest and most powerful systems at un-beatable discounts.  Our passion has enabled us to establish long-standing relationships with all of our suppliers.  This way, MMSC Consultants can purchase systems at extraordinary discounts.  We are here to share our passion — and discount — with our clients.

WARRANTY

All of our products come with comprehensive, specialized warranties direct from Dell.  These warranties cover hardware problems as well as accidental damage such as drops, spills, slips, and falls — everything is covered for one to four years, depending on your model.  Upon placing your order, MMSC transfers the ownership of your system to your name.  This way, you can contact the manufacturer with your Service Tag number for at-home and/or mail-in service.  And never forget, MMSC is always available via telephone and e-mail for any questions you might have.

PAYMENT

To maximize the security of all parties involved in our sales, we accept credit card payments directly.  We do not involve third parties such as PayPal.  Companies like PayPal act as banks — by holding the money from transactions — but since companies like PayPal are not banks, they do not have to follow federal banking regulations.  For this reason, MMSC Consultants LLC accepts credit card payments directly.  You (and MMSC) are backed by the maximum security and protection of major credit card companies like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  As always, feel free to contact us at any time if you have a question about your order.

RETURNS

MMSC Consultants LLC has a special relationship with our suppliers.  One of the trade-offs for our extraordinary discounts is a limited return period.  MMSC is able to accept an exchange (of equal or greater value) for up to 14 calendar days after delivery of the system.  We are extremely confident you will never want or need to return your product.  And we encourage every one of our clients to call us for a free consultation to discuss your needs BEFORE purchasing one of our top-of-the-line systems.

SPECIAL-ORDERS

Our product list includes items that are in-stock and ready to ship.  If you are in need of an item not listed in our Product List, contact us.  We can special-order items customized to fit your needs at a discounted price.  We cannot guarantee 2-day shipping service on these items, but we will do our best to process your order as efficiently as possible.

SHIPPING

As part of our commitment to service, we offer complimentary shipping via FedEx service to any destination in the United States.  We ship everyday at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

TAXATION

All orders are tax-free except for orders shipped in the state of Michigan.  MMSC Consultants LLC is required, by law, to charge 6% sales tax to orders shipped in the state of Michigan.
